Complete range of neonatal, approximately over 30 products have been developed at our own manufacturing setup. All the products are being manufactured at our own manufacturing set up at Chennai under the supervision and able guidance of an excellent, proficient leader who is a pioneer in the neonatal industry for over 4 decades. Few of our products such as Bubble CPAP, Respiratory Humidifier, T-Piece Resuscitator, air oxygen blender, and reusable or disposable breathing circuit have a special demand in the market, as these products stand high, quality wise.
What do you have to comment regarding the standards of manufacturing of medical devices in India and what do you predict about the future scenario regarding the manufacturing of medical equipment in India?
Presently, a very few companies are into the manufacturing of medical devices to meet the supplies, as the quality of products are in high check as most of the products (parts) are being imported from different countries in low cost and assembled here hence, the standard of products fail to match. Thereby, there is great scope for those companies who have their own manufacturing set up and are able to provide products as per the global standards. Future scenario regarding the manufacturing of medical equipment shall be choosy as ROI of this industry is very low.
Does your company plans to launch any new highquality products in the Indian market?
Yes, we have a few products which are in process and shall be launched in the next year, i.e. Infant Radiant Warmer with T-Piece Resuscitator and Phototherapy with LCD display, Baby Incubator with LCD display, CNS (Central Nursing Station), whole-body cooling and nCPAP with LCD display etc.
What according to you are the future plans and growth strategies that lie ahead for nice Neotech Medical Systems? Where do you see nice Neotech Medical Systems in the next 10 years?
Our founders’ vision is very clearly defined as nice Neotech shall be leading the world in neonatal segment where we will have a complete range of neonatal segment products in our basket. Their vision is that in the next 10 years, we shall have a team of 1,000 talented people and the business volume shall be Rs 500 crore and our company shall be among the best working places.
In regards to our further growth plans, we are discussing with the world’s great leaders of healthcare industry for strategic partnership as we believe that their presence in the international market and our products with exceptional features will offer best quality products and services to the globe in the neonatal segment.
